THE RONALD McDONALD HOUSE OF CHARLOTTE
The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte is a 28 bedroom “home away from home” for the families of seriously ill or injured children who travel to Charlotte for care in our local children’s hospitals.
The House offers more than just a comfortable bed to guests. Each day, our volunteers provide families with freshly baked treats, warm home-cooked meals, family-friendly programs and, above all, comfort and compassion. Since opening in May 2011, the House has served more than 900 families from the Carolinas, around the USA and nearly a dozen countries.
