Registration for the 2011 Presbyterian Hospital 5K is now open.  All mail must be post-marked by Friday, November 4, 2011 and ONLINE registration for the 2011 event is closes on Sunday, November 6th at midnight.

Entry Fees

Remember, there is NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICKUP for any of the events.
No registrations will be accepted from November 7th through November 10th

Switching Race Policy

Participants can switch races by completing the SWITCHING FORM up to Friday, October 15th and paying any & all respected fees associated with the switch (see form).  After that date, you may switch races at the Health & Fitness EXPO ONLY on either Thursday, November 10th or Friday, November 11th at the WALK-UP Registration booth. 

There will be a $10 processing fee associated with this transaction along with any other applicable entry fee difference.  Please mail this form along with payment to the below address:

Refunds and Transfer Policy

There will be NO refunds or transfers of entries from person-to-person.

Deferral Policy

You may wish to defer your entry from up to ONE YEAR only.  To do so, we will need the DEFERRAL FORM completed along with a $25 processing fee to secure your entry into the 2012 race.  We will allow deferrals through the last day of the Health & Fitness EXPO on Friday, November  11th by 8pm.  Please mail this form along with payment to the below address:

Awards

The 5K will be electronically timed & scored this year. 
We will be awarding the TOP 5 MEN & TOP 5 WOMEN. 
Full results will be posted on-line by 5pm on race day.
