Switching & Deferrals

Participants can switch races by completing the SWITCHING FORM up to Friday, October 11 and paying any & all respected fees associated with the switch (see form).  After that date, you may switch races at the Thunder Road Marathon Health & Wellness Expo ONLY on Friday, November 15 at the WALK-UP Registration booth. 

There will be a $10 processing fee associated with this transaction along with any other applicable entry fee difference.  Please mail this form along with payment to the below address:

deferral policy

You may wish to defer your entry from up to ONE YEAR only.  To do so, we will need the DEFERRAL FORM completed along with a $25 processing fee to secure your entry into the 2014 race.  We will accept deferrals up until the close of the Thunder Road Marathon Health & Wellness Expo on Friday, November 15 by 9pm.  Please mail this form along with payment to the below address:
